Western sushi chef
Originally from Baja and I started by working in sushi restaurants in San Diego California in 2019, the desert has been my home since 2022.
I want to share my passion for beautiful healthy food at home cooked with whole ingredients, variety, and colors and seasons in mind.
I love sushi because it aligns well with all these principles, it is elegant and also nutritious, it is edgy and traditional, it has unfolded into a lifestyle that I want to share with everybody.
